Summary

The CA737 is a loop-powered 4-8 way flat interface designed for use with C-TEC’s EVAC-ALERT system. It is initially supplied as a 4-circuit unit, which can be extended to 8 circuits using a CA737PCB. This interface provides 4 or 8 monitored 12.5mA sounder circuits capable of powering up to 2 self-testing evacuation alert sounders per flat, offering a practical and flexible solution for both new and refurbishment installations.

The CA737 includes space and connections for an optional fully monitored auxiliary 24V 1A CA737PSU, which can power additional visual indicators and vibrating pillow pads. It features an onboard short circuit loop isolator and uses one loop address per 4 sounder circuits. The unit is ideally mounted in a riser on each floor, maintaining independent open and short circuit monitoring of all sounder circuits.
