Summary
The MKP3 keypad is a versatile service product designed for use with legacy M-Series alarm panels and certain TS-series panels. It features a built-in proximity reader, allowing users to set and unset the system using proximity tags. The keypad operates at a low radio frequency, with a spherical detection area extending approximately 120mm, capable of detecting tags through various materials such as wood, brick, plaster, glass, and plastic.
Equipped with a two-line, 20-character LCD, the MKP3 displays options, system status, and alarm information. It also includes a status LED and a built-in panic button, which can be enabled through programming. The MKP3 is compliant with EMC and LVD directives and conforms to EN50131 standards.
