Summary
The SOC-E-IS is an advanced Photoelectric Smoke Detector designed for compatibility with most conventional systems. It features Hochiki’s unique High Performance photoelectric smoke chamber, eliminating the need for Ionisation Detectors in many applications. The detector incorporates ‘ASWV’ Drift Compensation technology to maintain optimal sensitivity, reducing false alarms. If contamination exceeds limits, the integral red LED provides a visual warning by flashing every three seconds. The smoke chamber is easily removable for cleaning and features a unique baffle design that allows smoke entry while blocking ambient light.
