Supplied as a 100-metre drum in a distinctive red sheath, the VFP-415ERD features four solid copper conductor cores at 1.5mm² cross-section, each insulated with fire-resistant low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) silicone. A tinned solid copper circuit protection conductor (CPC/earth wire) is included as standard. The cable is further protected by a polyester-backed co-polymer aluminium foil screen bonded to a flame-retardant LSZH thermoplastic outer sheath, ensuring reliable performance under the most demanding fire conditions.
