Summary
The Hochiki DFJ-CE3 is a sophisticated 90 °C Fixed Temperature Heat Detector designed for environments where medium ambient temperatures are prevalent, such as drying rooms or kitchens where smoke detectors may not be suitable due to steam or cooking fumes. Utilising a thermistor and linearising circuit, it provides an accurate linear response. The detector is compatible with a wide range of bases, making it suitable for most conventional systems. It is available in both ivory and white, and is approved by LPCB and VdS.
