The C-Tec PDA103S is a comprehensive domestic hearing loop system designed for use in bedrooms, living rooms, and TV lounges up to 50m² (7m x 7m). This system provides everything needed to create a high-quality hearing loop environment, ensuring clear audio for users in domestic settings.
The PDA103 amplifier features a 3.5mm microphone input, a line level input, an outreach connector, and a digital TOS link connector for connection to TV sets or sound bars (a TOS-link cable is available separately). The system includes an APL outreach plate for connection to audio sources. It also features a metal compensation control to enhance intelligibility in rooms with high metal content, along with adjustable controls for mic, line level, digital, and outreach inputs. The drive (level) control allows the amplifier’s output stage to be tailored to the specific application.
Equipped with indicators for Limit, Peak, Loop Fault, and Power On, the PDA103S exceeds the requirements of BS7594 & EN60118-4 when correctly installed.
