The ENV-HUB is compatible with C-TEC’s CAST protocol fire detection and alarm systems, including ZFP CAST, XFP CAST, HUSH and EVAC-ALERT systems.
What is included with the ENV-HUB out of the box?
The ENV-HUB includes lifetime Fire & Fault Reporting as standard, along with 12 months of free access to all ENVISION software features. After the initial 12-month period, ongoing access to the full software suite requires an additional subscription available in 1, 5 or 10 year terms.
How does the one-man walk test feature work?
By downloading the ENVISION Engineer App on an iOS or Android device and entering the site’s unique service PIN code, a single engineer can conduct a full system walk test without the need for a second operative at the panel. The App counts down the tests to be performed, reports successful and failed results in real time, and allows photos and comments to be added for inclusion in client reports.
Can I receive alerts if a fire or fault is detected?
Yes. ENVISION supports optional push notifications and email alerts for a wide range of system events including fires, faults and tests. These notifications can be sent in real time to PCs, tablets and smartphones.
