The C-Tec PDA103R is a comprehensive hearing loop system designed for small rooms up to 50m² (7m x 7m), making it ideal for environments such as small meeting rooms and council chambers. This system is particularly suitable for installations where equipment needs to be mounted above suspended ceilings.

The PDA103 amplifier features a 3.5mm microphone input, a line level input, and an ‘outreach’ socket for connection with the supplied plated outreach microphone. It includes a metal compensation control to enhance intelligibility in rooms with high metal content, along with adjustable controls for mic, line level, and outreach inputs. The drive (level) control allows the amplifier’s output stage to be tailored to the specific application.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art audio processor, the PDA103R features automatic gain control to compensate for poor microphone techniques and suppress loud noises, hisses, and clicks. It includes indicators for Limit, Peak, Loop Fault, and Power On, and is designed for wall mounting using the provided keyholes. The system exceeds the requirements of BS7594 & EN60118-4 when correctly installed.
