Serage Appoints Huvo as an Official Distributor

We are pleased to announce that Huvo has officially become a distributor for Serage CCTV products, and we’re delighted to be strengthening our surveillance offerings.

This partnership brings together our established distribution network with Serage’s impressive range of NDAA compliant CCTV solutions. It’s a move that we believe will benefit our customers across Wales and beyond, giving them access to some truly innovative security technology.

Why Serage was the right choice for us

We’ve been actively looking to expand our CCTV portfolio, and when we discovered Serage, we knew we’d found something special. As our Managing Director Nadim El-Hoss put it: “We have been searching to further our CCTV offering and are thrilled to announce our partnership with Serage. We wanted to offer something to complement what we are currently doing and the Serage brand delivers that exactly. We look forward to proudly presenting this exciting addition to our range.”

Sam Cherri, Managing Director at Serage UK, was equally enthusiastic about working with us: “This new partnership enables Huvo to offer a range of Serage CCTV products to their customer base. By combining Huvo’s distribution capabilities and technical knowledge with our product range, we aim to strengthen our reach across Wales and beyond. We’re excited to welcome Huvo to the Serage distribution network and look forward to a successful collaboration that supports the growth of both businesses.”

What makes Serage special

Serage isn’t just another CCTV brand—they’re a British company that invests heavily in research and development, consistently bringing new features and enhancements to their products. Their dedication to refining every detail means our customers benefit from solutions that are both advanced and user-friendly.

Serage specialises in NDAA-compliant, AI-powered security systems that work brilliantly whether you’re protecting a home, business, or industrial site. Their technology includes some seriously clever features like face detection, spotting missing objects, monitoring crowd density, and perhaps the jewel in the crown: C-Colour. Select cameras featuring C-Colour can produce full colour images at the dead of night in areas with virtually no ambient light without emitting white light from the camera itself. This is a game changer for nighttime surveillance.

Their product range covers everything from competitively priced 4K analogue HD systems to sophisticated IP solutions packed with artificial intelligence.

Supporting our installation partners

One thing we particularly appreciate about Serage is how much they support installers—something that aligns perfectly with our own values. They are heavily focused on delivering training programmes (in person and remote) with installers feeling confident onsite with their first class technical support on hand.

We know our installer customers need reliable partners who’ll back them up when it matters, and Serage’s approach to customer support matches what we’ve always tried to provide here at Huvo.

What this means for our customers

Adding Serage to our range gives our customers access to proven British technology that combines competitive pricing with cutting-edge features. The NDAA compliance is particularly important for commercial and government projects, where regulatory requirements can be quite strict.

The AI-enhanced features aren’t just fancy tech for the sake of it—they actually help reduce false alarms whilst providing better security coverage. That’s the kind of practical innovation that makes installers’ jobs easier and gives end-users better value.

Looking ahead

We’re genuinely excited about what this partnership means for our business and our customers. The security technology sector keeps evolving, and by working with innovative manufacturers like Serage, we can make sure we’re always offering the latest and best solutions.
