The Wi-Fyre wireless system was a fire alarm system that could communicate with 30 devices, including smoke and heat detectors, to transmit data to keep property safe. Easy to install and featuring a user-friendly LCD panel screen, the system was popular among many.

Why Is The System Being Phased Out?
The system is being phased out for several reasons, primarily due to advancements in technology and safety standards.
Every product has a life cycle, and fire alarms are no different. Setting end-of-life dates for older models ensures safety and performance aren’t compromised. With new, emerging technologies, Wi-Fyre are turning their attention to newer models, with enhanced features such as wireless connectivity, real-time monitoring, better sensitivity to smoke and heat, and integration with smart home systems.
What Does This Mean for Current Users?
This system will be made obsolete in December 2024. If you are currently using a Wi-Fyre wireless system which is being phased out, it doesn’t immediately mean that you’re at risk. Any current orders will continue to be fulfilled, and spare parts will be available for the foreseeable future.
