Most of our conversations with you happen over the phone or by email: talking through a fire design, checking compatibility on a panel, or making sure the right kit lands on site in time for your next install.
On Friday 11th December 2026, we’d like to swap the headset for a padel racket.
The Huvo Winter 2026 Padel Open is an invite-only tournament bringing together the installers, contractors and suppliers we work with day in, day out. It’s taking place at Jaxx Padel in Swansea, and it’s the first event of its kind Huvo has run.

3pm to 5pm – the tournament. Two hours on court, with the final format still to be confirmed.
5pm – trophy presentation. The winners are announced and presented with the trophy for the first Huvo Padel Open.
Afterwards – refreshments and food. Wind down, compare notes on the matches and carry on the conversations from earlier.
Tournament Format
We’re putting the final polish on the details, but expect a high-energy Round Robin!
Games will be fast and furious, with every team going head-to-head. Maximum court time, zero instant-elimination heartbreak – one bad match won’t knock you out. Full details sent to entrants before game day!
Who it’s for
The Padel Open is for Huvo’s trade customers and the suppliers behind the brands we stock.
All abilities are welcome, so you don’t need to be a seasoned player to take part. Padel is played in doubles on an enclosed court a little smaller than a tennis court, with the walls in play, so most people pick it up within a few rallies.
Rackets and balls are provided, so all you need to do is come dressed for sport.
Why we’re doing it
Huvo was built on the idea that you should always reach a real person who understands fire and security. That works because the relationships behind it are real: installers who trust our team’s advice, and manufacturers and suppliers who work closely with us to get the right products into your hands.
An afternoon on court is a simple way to strengthen those relationships. Installers get time with the people behind the products they fit, suppliers get to meet the trade face to face, and everyone gets to know each other a little better than a phone call allows.
The first of many
This is our inaugural tournament, and we want it to become a regular fixture.
Our aim is to run the Padel Open twice a year, building it up with each edition as more customers and suppliers get involved. If you come along in December, you’ll be part of the first one, and your feedback will help shape the format for the events that follow.
Request your place
Places are limited, so entry is by request.
If you’d like to take part, fill in the short form with your name and email address. If your request is successful, our team will be in touch to confirm your place and take your team details.
If you’ve got any questions about the day, call our team on 01792 983 170 or email [email protected].
We look forward to seeing you on court.
