What is the difference between the Ei3024 and Ei3028?
The Ei3024 combines optical smoke and heat sensing. The Ei3028 combines heat and carbon monoxide sensing. Choose the model specified for the detection required in the room.
How long does the Ei3024 run during a power cut?
From a fully charged cell, Aico specifies up to six months without a module or up to three months with one fitted. Aico lists the alarm’s operational life as 10 years. See the Huvo-hosted Aico manual for the technical specifications.
Can I interlink the Ei3024 with other alarms?
The Ei3024 supports hardwired interlink with compatible Aico alarms. For SmartLINK wireless interlink, fit the optional Ei3000MRF module, sold separately.
What does AudioLINK+ do?
AudioLINK+ lets you extract data from the alarm. The alarm’s Test/Hush button checks the sensors, electronics, interconnection and sounder as described in the manual.
